At Deskoin, we prioritize complete transparency in our pricing policy. Below you will find the full details of the fees applied to your transactions. All mentioned rates are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Withdrawal fees on crypto-assets
Blockchain network fees
Withdrawals of crypto-assets to an external wallet are subject to network fees, which compensate the actors ensuring the security and processing of transactions on each blockchain (validators or miners). These fees are calculated at the precise moment of withdrawal, based on parameters specific to each network: congestion level, transaction size, and the protocol used. This dynamic model allows for quick execution of the withdrawal while maintaining flexibility in the face of the volatility of crypto-assets.
Operational expenses
In addition to the network fees charged by the blockchains, each withdrawal made from the Deskoin platform to an external wallet incurs operational fees. Set at 0.25% of the gross amount withdrawn, these fees aim to cover all costs associated with processing the withdrawal: this includes the technical operations necessary for the secure execution of the transaction, the systems for monitoring and protecting the flows, as well as the regulatory compliance requirements.
To ensure fair and predictable pricing, Deskoin applies a capping policy: the total amount of fees applied to a withdrawal, all elements included, shall not exceed €50, regardless of the concerned crypto-asset.
Assets custody
The storage of assets on Deskoin is a free service. We do not charge any commission, no matter the amount of cryptocurrency held.
Exceptional fees
In case of non-compliance with our services, Deskoin reserves the right to charge additional fees covering operational costs, including banking fees, as well as damages suffered by Deskoin. These fees allow, among other things, to cover file fees and banking charges incurred by Deskoin, as well as contractual penalties.
In case of non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, including, but not limited to, service abuse or fraudulent use, an additional fee of €1 may be applied to cover the costs associated with verifications and resolution of these offenses.
In all other cases, Deskoin may charge fees in the event of an exceptional operation requested by the Client. Depending on the Client's request, Deskoin will apply additional fees. Deskoin will inform the Client in advance of the amount of the service, with the Client free to refuse.
